Each client receives a massage that is custom to his or her needs. We use a combination of techniques during each massage session. Swedish massage sooths tired muscles, relaxes the body, improves circulation and promotes general good health. Deep tissue techniques are incorporated into the massage session as needed to work specific problem areas and target those really tough knots and adhesion’s. Myofascial release techniques are used to help release scar tissue or connective tissue that build up in the body. We also use several different heat sources to help soften the muscles and connective tissue including our hot towels, hot stones and our hot tub.
Hot Stones lie under you and on top of you like heating pads, while your body gets massaged by numerous luxuriously smooth, hot stones. This wonderful choice of massage therapy technique is a full body massage with that extra touch resulting in deep relaxation.
Two clients enjoy a luxurious massage at the same time, in the same room or in separate rooms if preferred. Each having his or her own Therapist while still spending time together. This option is perfect for couples, spouses, friends, mothers and daughters, etc. Great for anniversary gifts.
