Jamie Mimna - Licensed Massage Therapist (MSG001902), Owner
I've graduated from Baltimore School of massage in July of 2005, and I'm a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I have four and a half years experience working for one of York’s Premier Therapeutic Massage practices that always pushed me to do my very best. I always believed I should go for my dream and start my own massage practice one day.

On May 1, 2010 I bought Kneads Therapeutic Massage from Jennifer Lloyd and made it my own and so became Relaxing Note LLC Therapeutic Massage on 29 South Main Street in Red Lion. My Job is my passion, art and I love it. I am living the life I imagined, helping people one day at a time.

My areas of study:
Studied • Swedish Massage • Deep tissue Massage • Myofascial Release • Pregnancy Massage
Hot Stone Massage • Reiki Massage

My specialties include:
Lower back pain • Neck pain • Shoulder pain • Sinus pain

Sabrina Glennon - Licensed Massage Therapist (MSG004401)
I've attended Harrisburg Area Community College for Massage Therapy. At H.A.C.C. I learned modalities such as Swedish, myofascial release, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and N.M.T. (Neuromuscular Therapy). I really enjoy working in this field because of its emphasis on holistic (whole) wellness.

Every person takes a little something different from a massage. For some people they get a chance to relax and unwind. For others it eases aches and pains. Sometimes a person has a medical condition for which massage can benefit them greatly. Regardless of the reason a person comes for a massage, I get to be the one to help them. For that, I love my job and am happy to give the gift of massage.

My specialties include:
Swedish Massage • Pregnancy Massage • Hot Stone Massage • Deep Tissue Massage (N.M.T.)

Jennie Sherfey - Licensed Massage Therapist (MSG002267)
Health, nutrition, exercise and holistic practices have always been a big interest of mine. In 2008, I was trained in Foot Zone therapy through We Do Feet Seminars. I furthered this study at the Nordblom American Institute of Footzonology. I enjoyed what I was learning, and found it to be so beneficial in our daily lives, that I decided to complement my education with massage therapy and really dive into this field. I love getting massages and recognize the needs that exist for receiving them.

I attended the Pennsylvania Myotherapy Institute in 2010. Instead of being stressed at work, I find massage to be relaxing and therapeutic, even for the therapist. I am a member of ABMP and enjoy doing deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, Swedish techniques, facial massage and aromatherapy. What I enjoy most about massage is how happy people are to see me & the smile on their face when they leave.

My specialties include:
Deep Tissue Massage • Foot Work • Essential Oils
